The first research group carried out in autumn 2023 included 16 people. Regular breathing exercises produced many objectively and subjectively observed favorable effects for them. The neurophysiological functions of the brain improved particularly clearly and the amount of anxiety was alleviated.
The personal feedback showd that the mood calmed down, the emotional life was balanced, positivity and new thoughts were fostered. Sleeping and decision-making ability had also improved for many, and joy and optimism had increased.
For the research group starting in February 2024, we are looking for people who do not have much previous experience with breathing regulation, yoga, meditation or other forms of physical or mental training used for self-development. Read more here.
